Money-back guarantee
The brand states every order is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee counted from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, you return what you have not used for a refund.
How to request a refund
- Find your order confirmation email and note your order number.
- Contact support using the details on your receipt, well inside the 60 days.
- Follow the return instructions you receive and keep proof of postage.
- Watch for the refund on your original payment method.
Shipping
- 3- and 6-bottle packs: free US shipping
- 2-bottle pack: a shipping fee is shown at checkout
The brand lists typical US delivery of about 5–7 working days. International windows are longer. Delivery times are estimates set by the brand and carriers. Because the guarantee clock starts at purchase, start using the bottle soon after it arrives.
